A brutal serial killer is executed in 1975 after stalking the inhabitants of a small rural community for almost 10 years. Thirty years later the small community is comfortably back to their everyday routines and the fearful days of barricading themselves behind locked doors is nearly forgotten... that is until various pets in the area are found gutted and beheaded. Police investigate and charge a group of drunken teens with the mutilations and think nothing more of it until the same kids - the whole group of them - are reported missing after a late night trip to the city.

Over the next few days local families begin turning up dead, torn apart with an eerie resemblance to a certain killing spree 30 years ago and covered in the missing teen's prints but no clues as to where they are or why they would suddenly start dismembering people exactly as in 1975. Where did they go and how did they disappear that night before the killings began? What would drive a normally good group of teenagers to commit such fanatical mutilations? And if they are guilty, how could they possibly know the smallest details from crimes that happened 30 years ago, details that were never released to the public?
